SparkLMS Mobile App for Borrowers

SparkLMS offers a powerful mobile application for the borrowers to manage their loans. The Mobile App will be white labelled per the Lender's brand and will be published via the Lender's App Store and Play Store Account.

Loan Dashboard: Gives a comprehensive overview of all their loans in one place. The loan dashboard displays key details such as outstanding balance, interest rate, repayment term, and upcoming payment dates. It helps your borrowers to stay informed and be organized effortlessly.

Apply for a loan: Borrowers will be able download and Apply for a loan directly from the Mobile App. As part of the loan application workflow, they will be able to complete Instant Bank Verification ( IBV ) and Debit Card Verification directly from the Mobile App. Your existing paid-off borrowers can apply for a new loan or for a top-up from the Mobile App as well.

Payment Scheduler: The borrowers can say goodbye to the hassle of remembering payment dates and writing checks. SparkLMS Mobile App allows the borrowers to set up automatic payments, schedule payments, defer payments, pay the loan-in-full and much more.

Push Notifications: With SparkLMS Mobile App's push notifications, borrowers can receive timely reminders for upcoming loan payments, missed payments etc. Borrowers can also be notified about important updates like loan approval status, upcoming payment reminders, payment status and more, ensuring borrowers stay informed in real-time, ensuring they don't miss any critical information.

Document Storage: Borrowers can access their loan related documents securely within the app. In addition, they can securely upload and submit necessary documentation, such as pay stubs or bank statements, or identification required for the loan application and approval process.
